I’m a business owner in tech, an outdoor athlete and a coach. I work with fellow business leaders, athletes and others to make meaningful change in their lives and businesses.
I’ve been focused on human development for most of my adult life, including over a year of mindfulness retreats at the Insight Meditation Society, a Masters in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis, certification in Internal Family Systems (IFS), and most recently, certification as a Presence-Based Coach.
As a business owner, my boutique web design business has grown each year since I acquired it in 2020. And we achieved that growth while also simultaneously staying committed to life outside of work (ie, no 60-hour work weeks).
As an outdoor athlete, I’ve climbed Pico de Orizaba (18,491 ft) in Mexico, Mt. Rainier, trekked in the Himalayas and trained with leading female mountaineers.
I love living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and am grateful to call Portland, Oregon home.
